The team shadows multiple product groups including but not limited to Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Business Management (BM), and Corporate Broking among others

The three major sub groups that we cover are Equity Capital Markets (ECM), M&A and BM

ECM – Providing end to end origination to execution support on equity transactions. The team supports bankers on preparing RFPs, pitchbooks, running extensive investor targeting exercises and managing IPO & block databases.

M&A – Supporting Investment Banking Clients by providing comprehensive M&A materials including precedent transactions, premium analysis, company profiles, case studies, trends and outlook updates 

BM – The team is aligned with global & regional senior management to create reports to track and review business performance, and conduct market analysis to support strategy development and execution

The other sub groups in our coverage includes Corporate Broking, Debt Capital Markets, Leveraged Capital Markets, Financial Sponsors Group, Private Funds Group, Private Funds Market and Strategic Insights
